Fore Research & Management, LP (“Fore”) is a research driven, global investment management firm. Fore adopts in-depth fundamental analysis and valuation techniques in search of securities with the best risk-reward potential across a company’s capital structure. Fore will also implement top-down views when macro forces are dominant. Fore seeks to capitalize on the most attractive opportunities across the global capital markets. Fore’s global approach is complemented by the seamless integration of its trading desks with fundamental and quantitative research and risk management.

Fore was founded in February 2003 through a spin-out of the proprietary convertible arbitrage business from TD Securities (USA) Inc. (“TD”). Mr. Matthew Li, Fore’s CIO and CEO, founded and managed the TD convertible arbitrage group from 1996 to 2003.

Fore is a Registered Investment Adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
